I was having some issues with my 328D and needed some help getting everything back in order. When I got there JT helped me right away and set me up with guys that were so helpful making sure my car was truly running right without being ripped off. He was always checking up making sure everything was good and I got out of there with a loaner car and three hours later got my car back. Highly recommend going to see him 🙂

My key developed a problem while driving cross country and when I returned home (Mapleton Utah) I wanted to address the key problem. I called the service center and talked with Chris and Steve. It started back in 2008 when I purchased a used 2004 330i convertible which I still own. Since then a Certified Pre-Owned X5 and 535xi, then two brand new X5s. I had a vehicle being worked on that I eventually traded in for a 2014 320i. I was given a loaner for several weeks while my 2000 528i was in the shop, which I appreciated. When it ended up the costs of fixing the older vehicle were prohibitive and I decided to upgrade to the newer car, they were very accomodating in reversing charges for work done on my trade-in. I went into the dealership to simply compare the BMW with the Audi, which I had intended to buy. The result was that they had the perfect car I wanted (535xi) and a great price. I have now bought two cars from here, both from Parker. The first was a used 2007 355 and the second was a new 2011 335. When working with Keith I felt that my concerns about my vehicle were taken note of and handled. The work was performed on-time and everything was repaired with zero issues since. The dealership's repair and service department is very friendly and great at their work! Thomas is always there to help, answer questions. If you need service, he takes care of the request and make sure you have a loaner car if you need one. His manage is very nice too, he explains everything in detail and in a way that customers can understand, without getting technical and confusing.
I recently purchased a 2004 X3 and had some hesitation in the transmission. I took the vehicle in and was very well treated. The repair required that the EGS Control be sent to BMW North America for programming and took 8 days to complete. When I dropped off my car, a courtesy car hadn't come back as anticipated and they got me a rental car for two days that was then replaced with a courtesy car. The transmission seems to be operating perfectly now.
